The metropolis is split into five districts that hold separate functions:
Sectors A, B, C, D, E - Hub: the heart of the metropolis where the Netcore and the Progress Complex are located. The Progress Complex is comprised of four buildings: the Project research facility, the Academy building, the Darmian Help Center and the Historic Records, where some discovered artifacts and subfossils of the Age of the Antiga Pyre are stored. Netcore is a double skyscraper that houses, amongst other departments, the most advanced artificial intelligence ever conceived, the Chamber of Ruling, the Mentalists' and Gadim's quarters and the Darminian Security Division headquarters.
Sector F - Storage: houses the Chemical Elements Silos. Each atom from the periodic table is stored in individual hermetic silos connected by the Underground Translocation Network to the Manufacturing facilities.
Sector G - Specialist Class housing: residential district for the Project Specialists. They are housed in sky-scraper suites that grant them the highest level of quality and safety in all of Artica.
Sector H - Administrator Class housing: residential district for the administrator and most of the apprentice population. Split into square blocks of houses with inner cloisters intended for leisurely activities, its conditions are more than enough to satisfy the needs of every administrator.
Sector I - Manufacturing: working district for the bulk of Darm’s citizens, where most of the technologies and resources are assembled for consumption in manufacturing facilities and then sent upon request to any Materialization Chamber available in every building.
Sector J - Spaceport: located near the western coast of Darm, it is where all space shuttle activities occur, such as landing and takeoff, cargo loading and unloading, and shuttle maintenance.
Sector K - Air-Intake Fields: encircling the Hub, the air intake fields suck the cold-oxygen depleted air, which is then filtered and enriched in the underground processing facility and then vented through ventilation shafts spread throughout Darm. This ensures that the metropolis is provided with clean, warm breathable air.
Stellar Reflector: a ten kilometers wide reflective disk in a geostationary orbit above the Island of Retirement. Its purpose was to heat its surface with discrete quantities of radiation. It had adjustable mirrors and UV, X-Ray and Microwave filters to prevent damaging the Island and its residents. It is comparable to a remote controlled star, shining bright on the island’s zenith. Its relative size was equal to half the size of Mithras as seen from the Island.
